Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Shippan Professional Cleaners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Shippan Professional Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, alteration, and related garment care services. We strive to provide the highest quality service, but processing times may vary based on the type of service and current demand.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about garment care requirements
• Inform us of any stains, damage, or special concerns
• Remove all personal items from pockets before drop-off
• Pick up items within 30 days of completion
• Pay for services in a timely manner

Liability

While we take utmost care with your garments, we cannot be held liable for:

• Damage to garments with pre-existing wear or defects
• Shrinkage or color loss due to manufacturer defects
• Items left in pockets
• Garments not picked up within 90 days (subject to disposal)
• Decorations, buttons, or trims that cannot withstand normal cleaning processes

Our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or the current market value of the item, whichever is less.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of pickup unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Unclaimed items after 30 days may be subject to storage fees.

Claims

Any claims for damage or loss must be made within 48 hours of pickup. Claims made after this period may not be honored. We will investigate all claims and determine appropriate compensation based on our liability policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Services can be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund. Once processing has started, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
